Order Processing Times
Each order is individually produced after purchase. Estimated production and processing time is approximately 7–10 business days before shipment.
Please note:
- Processing time does not include weekends or holidays
- Transit/shipping time begins only after the order ships
- During launches, restocks, holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods, production times may be extended

Domestic Shipping — United States
Domestic orders are typically shipped through USPS or other available carriers.
Estimated shipping transit times after production:
- Standard Shipping: approximately 3–9 business days
- Priority Shipping: approximately 2–4 business days
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on carrier conditions.
International Shipping
We proudly ship internationally. International orders are generally delivered within approximately 10–20 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs processing.
International customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Brokerage fees
- VAT charges
- Additional country-specific import costs
These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are not controlled by Giorgiana Rosas Brand or Gio LLC.
Shipping Delays & Carrier Responsibility
Once your package has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery and transit updates belongs to the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by:
- Customs processing or inspections
- Weather conditions or natural events
- Carrier delays
- Labor disruptions
- International import procedures
- Incorrect shipping information entered by the customer
- Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. If tracking shows the package as delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order will be considered successfully delivered.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Giorgiana Rosas Brand operated by Gio LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information. While we may assist where reasonably possible, Giorgiana Rosas Brand and Gio LLC are not liable for carrier-related issues once an order has shipped.
