Made-to-Order Items — All Sales Final
All products sold through Giorgiana Rosas Brand are custom made to order.
Because production begins shortly after checkout, all sales are final. We do not accept:
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Order cancellations
- Refund requests
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Ordering the wrong size, color, style, or quantity
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Failure to review sizing details or product descriptions
- Shipping delays outside our control
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information. While we may assist where reasonably possible, Giorgiana Rosas Brand and Gio LLC are not liable for carrier-related issues once an order has shipped.
